Sound Healing & Sound Baths
Sound Healing and Sound Baths offer deeply restorative experiences that support nervous system regulation, stress release, and a return to inner balance. Using therapeutic instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and tuning forks, sessions create soothing soundscapes that gently guide the body and mind into states of deep rest and calm.
As the body responds naturally to vibration and tone, the nervous system is invited to slow down, allowing mental chatter to quieten and physical tension to soften. Many people experience a meditative, dream-like state where the system can reset, emotions can gently process, and a sense of clarity and ease can emerge.
These sessions are offered both as 1:1 experiences—allowing for personalised intention and support—and as group or corporate sound baths, providing a powerful yet accessible way to support wellbeing in the workplace. Ideal for reducing stress, supporting sleep, easing overwhelm, and restoring energy, sound healing requires no prior experience—simply an openness to rest, receive, and reconnect.
