Hello, I’m Michelle, founder of Lotus Inner Balance.
I am a Mindfulness Practitioner and Nervous System Regulation Specialist, offering breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and Reiki to support deep emotional wellbeing, stress relief, and long-term resilience
With over 20 years’ experience as a skin specialist, I bring a truly holistic approach — combining mind, body, and skin health to support both inner balance and outer radiance

My work centres around helping you feel safe in your body again.
In today’s fast-paced, high-pressure world, many people are living in a constant state of stress — often without realising it. This can show up as anxiety, overwhelm, poor sleep, hormonal imbalance, burnout, and physical tension in the body.
Through mindfulness-based practices, breathwork techniques, and nervous system regulation tools, I guide you to gently shift out of survival mode and into a state of calm, clarity, and balance.
My sessions are designed to:
regulate the nervous system
activate the parasympathetic (rest and repair) response
reduce cortisol and chronic stress patterns
improve emotional resilience and mental clarity
support sleep, hormone balance, and overall wellbeing
I integrate science-backed approaches, including principles from mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), breath regulation, and nervous system awareness, while holding a safe, grounded and compassionate space.
This isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about helping your body remember how to feel safe, regulated, and supported again.
My Signature Facial Approach
Alongside my mindfulness work, I specialise in advanced facial tension release and sculpting treatments.
I have developed a unique method that works deeply with the facial fascia and lymphatic system, combining:
lymphatic drainage
facial sculpting and lifting techniques
tension release in the jaw, brow and cheek area
improved circulation and skin vitality
The face holds years of stored tension — often linked to stress, emotions, and nervous system dysregulation. By releasing this, we not only enhance the skin’s appearance but also support a deeper sense of relaxation throughout the body.
My Journey
My journey into this work was deeply personal.
Experiencing grief, perimenopause, and emotional overwhelm led me to explore the connection between the mind, body, and nervous system.
Through mindfulness, breathwork, and sound healing, I learned how to regulate my own nervous system, reduce anxiety, and reconnect with a sense of calm and clarity.
These practices didn’t just help me cope — they helped me rebuild from the inside out.
Now, it is my purpose to share these tools with others.
